Can Citizens Hold the Line?

Power-hungry politicians and impulsive leaders will be deterred only when they know enough citizens will be united in holding them to agreed constitutional principals. Each citizen (and each government official) can play an important role in holding the line against political entrenchment by incumbents and sabotage by the opposition.  Tomorrow we will propose some actions any citizen can take.
